In this workshop I will give people a BASIC introduction to Tai Chi Chuan, Meditation, Chi Kung Pratices, Awareness of & Channelling Chi Energy, Tai Chi for Self-Defense and Physical Fitness.
I'll have a sessions on Tai-Chi Forms & Martial Applications, Chi Kung Breathing exercises, and Chi opening.
After my sessions, the people partaking will have a minimal understanding of Tai Chi's benefits and simple and easy to practice exercises for tapping into the energies and potentials of the body through meditation and breathing exercises.
