Music : Art 2011 : Disco Fish
Meadhbh Stafford, Jared Crosbie, Claire Butler and Fran Bea were brought together by their love of art, discos, recycling and of course fish.
Floating high above in the trees, (where you'd least expect them) a little shoal of Disco Fish are bathing in the light. Swimming to the music these aquatic mirror balls are made entirely from recycled CD's and DVD's.
As it is always so difficult to throw out an old scratched CD, we thought we'd help all our friends have a good spring clean and breath new life into their broken music. Although scratched, still beautiful as they shimmer in the sun.
