The musical menu for the Main Stage at Body&Soul is taken from a wide and varied palette and is hopefully in keeping with the the collective, reasonable assumption that people who appreciate dubstep can also equally enjoy a ceili session or that fans of Afro-Caribbean rhythms can rest just as easily with folk songs and disco.
This year's line-up, we hope, is in keeping with our audience's eclectic sensibility. Acts ranging across a wide spectrum of genres, perhaps slightly left of mainstream, but balanced with a healthy selection of home-grown talent.
And in keeping with discovering new music, we like surprises.
Because of this, we always like to keep a few musical treats up our sleeve until the moment they hit the stage.
